Leads engineering teams responsible for the reliability, observability, security, cost efficiency, and operational readiness of a bank’s AI platform. Oversees incident response, runbooks, monitoring, infrastructure automation, production support, Azure services, Terraform-based deployments, AI-specific operational controls, risk compliance, budgets, vendor relationships, and client communications. Builds and develops platform engineering talent while partnering with technology, business, risk, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Designs, maintains, and executes manual and automated tests for institutional payments, money movement, fees, APIs, web, and mobile applications. Translates requirements into test automation, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, manages test data and environments, reports defects, performs root cause analysis, verifies fixes, and documents coverage. Supports production validation and system reliability while addressing risk, regulatory, audit, and operational control requirements.

Leads user-centered design for digital products from concept through launch and iteration. The Mortgage Originator works with customers to secure mortgage loans, assesses credit, markets mortgage products, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Originate and recommend FHA/VA and conventional residential mortgage loans. Interview and analyze applicants' financials and credit, issue pre-qualifications, market and cultivate referral sources, ensure SAFE Act and regulatory compliance, negotiate loan terms, and conduct community outreach.
