Leads Mastercard Europe's independent second-line risk oversight, governance framework, risk appetite, monitoring, reporting, control assurance, regulatory engagement, and strategic risk assessment. Advises executive leadership, the Board, regulators, and risk committees; oversees emerging, operational, technology, cyber, AI, geopolitical, and regulatory risks; strengthens resilience, risk culture, and governance; and leads a high-performing regional risk organization.

Build and operate MLOps pipelines, model deployment workflows, monitoring, governance, and production-readiness practices. Manage experiment tracking, model registries, drift detection, safe releases, Databricks training and inference workloads, observability, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security controls, and incident response. Collaborate across engineering, data, and AI teams while supporting cloud-based model-serving infrastructure and reliable AI/ML services.

Build tooling, services, and reusable patterns to apply Generative and Agentic AI to products and developer workflows. Design and implement AI-enabled applications and integrations, evaluate models, develop prototypes from concept to validation, and improve developer experience through automation and platform capabilities while partnering with product and business stakeholders.

Leads technical solution design, customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for digital finance solutions. Coordinates commercial, product, and engineering teams, ensures governance compliance, develops technical documentation and repeatable processes, manages stakeholder relationships, and mentors junior team members. Requires strong Java development, architecture, API and SDK integration, customer implementation leadership, and the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
