The Senior Application Developer will lead application enhancements, provide technical support, and collaborate with teams to develop solutions using Informatica tools.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise mainframe systems. Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with stakeholders; drive platform improvements, automation, and best practices across a distributed data center environment.

The role manages the design and deployment of healthcare provider partnership offerings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Lead a portfolio of enterprise strategy projects end-to-end, manage and mentor a small team of strategists, improve office operations, partner with business leaders and consulting resources, and present recommendations to executive leadership to advance the Living Health strategy.

Support product operations for the Product Management team by maintaining operating model infrastructure, managing digital asset inventory and roadmaps, facilitating governance and intake, supporting tooling and vendor evaluations, and coordinating project plans to ensure delivery and adoption across digital, voice, in-person, and self-service products.

Support portfolio and change management for the AI Center of Excellence: develop and execute readiness and adoption plans, run stakeholder engagement, design and deliver training, analyze feedback and adoption metrics, support portfolio/database management, and communicate progress to leadership.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing and contracting plans for assigned categories. Lead high-dollar bids, negotiate contracts (client and GPO), monitor contract performance, manage cross-functional teams, present business cases to senior leadership, and provide guidance to contract managers and sourcing staff.
