Support Private Wealth Management compliance by monitoring surveillances, assessing product and transaction suitability, reviewing marketing materials, advising business partners on regulations and policies, and participating in US and global compliance projects and initiatives.

Lead a geographically distributed engineering team to migrate NFRC systems to public cloud, pioneer AI-driven SDLC, design and deliver scalable microservices and real-time data pipelines, and mentor engineers. Own end-to-end architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance using Java, streaming tech (Kafka, Flink), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern front-end frameworks.

Lead executive compensation design, benchmarking, regulatory disclosure, and Board/Compensation Committee materials. Perform modeling, data analysis, proxy preparation, and regulatory responses while partnering with Controllers, Legal, Tax, Investor Relations, and HCM to deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and governance of client and legal entity data. Translate business needs into data definitions and models, monitor and remediate data quality issues, coordinate with external data providers, support adoption of firm data platforms, maintain master data playbooks, train users, and track quality metrics to drive automation and process improvements across global teams.

Support Regional Country Compliance by coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections and audits; advise on regulatory reporting and registration matters; maintain China regulator relationships; track policy changes, remedial commitments and firmwide compliance correspondence; draft and help implement compliance policies and procedures.

Support controllers and operations teams by performing reconciliations, analyzing operations data, documenting processes, identifying risks/inefficiencies, and implementing controls and remediation projects to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce operational risk.
