You will be comfortable working both in Figma and writing code.
Role Summary
Working across both design and software engineering, you will:
- Design, build and maintain the user-facing tooling of the Lakehouse platform, owning the design process end to end.
- Work closely with users to understand their workflows and shape solutions that fit how they work.

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and React, and a good understanding of web standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, whether presenting design work, facilitating meetings, or working with subject matter experts to draw out critical business concepts.
- Independent thinker, willing to engage, challenge and learn, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Object-oriented design and programming skills in Java or a comparable language.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and lakehouse solutions (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Apache Iceberg).
