Provides outsourced MLRO and MLCO services to clients, advising on AML laws, regulations, reporting, compliance programs, PEP transactions, transaction monitoring, and risk assessments. Gathers and documents requirements, maps current and future-state processes, analyzes data and regulatory considerations, facilitates stakeholder workshops, and supports solution delivery, testing, UAT, implementation readiness, training, governance, and continuous improvement across operations, technology, product, risk, compliance, and transfer agency teams.

Manage delivery of a global Investor Onboarding transformation, including target operating model implementation, migration readiness, Fenergo coordination, governance, risk and dependency tracking, benefits and ROI measurement, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, communications, and operating model adoption across regions.

Support client onboarding data conversion and system configuration/testing. Coordinate with Client Implementation, business and IT partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, ensure operational readiness, and document standards. Participate in status meetings, escalate issues to management, and help improve onboarding methodology and processes.

Leads risk-based control testing across business units and corporate functions, including walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing, documentation, reporting, deficiency escalation, and remediation support. The role requires independent execution of test plans, analysis of results, stakeholder collaboration, and participation in operational and corporate risk initiatives within financial services.

Leads Investor Anti-Money Laundering support operations, including transaction monitoring, screening alerts, investor due diligence reviews, documentation management, escalations, and transitions. Coordinates with AML teams in Ireland, Bangalore, and Pune, resolves complex issues, maintains regulatory knowledge, supports audit and risk standards, and improves AML procedures. The role also oversees workload completion, partner communications, compliance controls, and service delivery for Ireland and UK processes.

Supports the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team through program coordination, administrative execution, vendor and budget management, event support, research, survey and award submissions, and internal communications. The role coordinates initiatives across regions and time zones, manages training and event data, assists with presentations and publications, and builds subject-matter expertise in DE&I while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog to maximize business value, client outcomes, and regulatory alignment. Translates product strategy into actionable delivery plans, defines acceptance criteria, oversees Agile ceremonies, and accepts completed work. Partners with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to manage roadmaps, business cases, product launches, controls, and performance metrics. Supports client and prospect meetings, regulatory approvals, marketing materials, and operational readiness training.
