Lead new client onboarding and data conversion for institutional clients: act as subject-matter expert on performance methodologies and platform configuration, coordinate cross-functional teams, train junior staff, manage testing and issue resolution, develop implementation standards, and track KPIs and project metrics to ensure operational readiness.

Lead Financial Advisor client marketing as a player/coach: develop integrated campaigns, translate advisor insights into multi-channel strategies, manage email/webinar campaigns, create sales enablement collateral, report on campaign ROI, and collaborate across sales, product, and content to drive advisor engagement and product adoption.

Lead strategy and long-term direction for the Elevate platform, managing full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch performance. Oversee multiple product teams, align roadmaps with business goals, manage budgets and performance metrics, support sales/RFPs, and represent the product externally.
