Role Overview
Private Capital Administration are currently hiring within our Private Equity Accounting team in Limerick, with opportunities available at Accountant, Consultant and Senior Consultant level.
This is a great opportunity for individuals from accounting, fund administration, practice, bookkeeping, or broader financial services backgrounds to join a high‑growth, evolving area of the business.
As part of PCA, you will support the end‑to‑end accounting of Private Equity funds, gaining exposure to financial accounting and reporting, valuations, and client servicing within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Private Equity fund accounting services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting
- Assist with valuations and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
- Reconcile financial information and investigate discrepancies
- Process and monitor expenses, fees, and fund activity
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Contribute to meeting regulatory and reporting deadlines
- Support team deliverables and participate in process improvements
Skills & Experience
We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:
- Accounting, practice, fund accounting, bookkeeping, financial services
- Experience Private Equity in is advantageous but not essential
Key skills:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, reconciliations)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
