Manages statutory requirements, regulatory filings, statutory books, corporate documentation, and board or investor meetings for a portfolio of Luxembourg entities and investment funds. Prepares agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-ups; coordinates with clients, regulators, lawyers, notaries, and internal teams; manages risk and escalates issues. The role also supports onboarding, client service reviews, and ad hoc corporate secretarial tasks while maintaining accurate and timely service delivery.

Manages investment activities for personal trusts and individual portfolios, supports investment advisors with portfolio strategy and client objectives, coordinates with client-facing teams and legal stakeholders, conducts portfolio research, applies investment guidelines and risk practices, and mentors less-experienced colleagues. Uses portfolio management tools and contributes to initiatives, capability rollouts, training, and continuous process improvement.

Designs, builds, and operates secure, scalable cloud data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise data needs. Develops data pipelines, automation, governance, monitoring, CI/CD, disaster recovery, and cost optimization capabilities. Partners with architects, security teams, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based data solutions. Provides technical leadership, evaluates emerging services, establishes engineering best practices, and mentors junior engineers.

Manages client billing, fee data setup, debt collection, payment instructions, accruals, and month-end revenue reporting across EMEA entities. Coordinates with client services, operations, finance, and new business teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. Resolves billing queries, escalates issues, maintains SOX and audit controls, supports audits, and contributes subject matter expertise to fee-related projects and process improvements.

Process and quality-review client account openings, communicate with clients to gather documentation, resolve issues within guidelines, meet daily SLAs, track trends, participate in projects, and follow incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures.

Manage investment activities for personal trusts and individual portfolios, develop and recommend investment strategies, collaborate with advisors and client teams, mentor junior associates, use portfolio tools (CRA, Wealthbench, GPS, WM Alternatives), adhere to national guidelines and risk practices, and support initiative rollouts.

Lead experience design and research for digital products and services. Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes using the NT Digital Design System and Figma; guide design decisions, conduct feature-level research, influence business and technology outcomes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (often agile), and mentor less-experienced designers.

Support Risk Management project team on strategic technology and business initiatives: create and maintain project deliverables, provide technical guidance, manage UAT, document and conduct training and change management, assist RFP/vendor selection, and contribute to control activities including analytics, issue management, and testing.

Manage and coordinate regulatory change events across the lifecycle: develop delivery plans, engage stakeholders, track implementation, maintain records and governance, prepare status reporting, support assurance and continuous improvement.

Support the North America Regulatory Risk Management Lead by identifying and overseeing regulatory change and remediation, partnering with stakeholders, producing regulatory risk metrics, validating hotspots, advising on process improvements, and reporting regulatory readiness to senior leaders.
