Process subpoenas, garnishments, levies, and similar third-party legal orders end-to-end; research and identify responsive accounts; prepare correspondence; perform quality assurance and testing; follow escalation procedures; navigate multiple systems; support special projects and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and Amex policies.

Serve as primary POC for legal, compliance and internal audit stakeholders for regulatory projects, change management, examinations and privacy. Contribute to regression test automation using Assembler and Java, collaborate with cross-location teams, work with stakeholders to analyze requirements, and identify opportunities to adopt new technologies to improve release quality.

Perform quality testing of AML, Screening, EDD, and Anti-Corruption investigations; evaluate alerts against regulatory and procedural requirements; draft reports summarizing findings; manage projects to enhance QA processes and technology; identify trends and recommend procedural efficiencies while collaborating with GFCC leaders.

Lead and evolve executive office processes for GCST, driving execution, hiring and workforce planning, meeting preparation, communications, action tracking, and continuous improvement. Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, develop presentations and dashboards, host meetings, and recommend solutions to improve colleague engagement and operational transparency.

Lead strategy and roadmap for membership personalization platform integrations and agentic capabilities. Define APIs, adapters, and reusable services, partner with engineering and data science, drive GenAI/agentic use cases, set product metrics and adoption goals, and communicate priorities and outcomes to senior stakeholders while balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability and reliability.

Design, build, scale, and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms; lead Cluster API architecture and Terraform automation; develop production Golang services and operators; drive platform architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Acts as chief of staff to the SVP of Enterprise Data Management & Products, driving strategy execution, program office governance, communications, leadership engagement, workforce planning, and cross-functional alignment to deliver data, product, privacy, and AI priorities.
