Analyze processes to identify risks and control gaps; support policy and framework implementation; track KRIs and prepare risk reports for senior management; perform risk assessments, scenario analyses, and deep dives; advise first-line partners on control enhancements and remediation; monitor and escalate significant risk concerns and ensure regulatory alignment.

Drive SRE/application support for Payments and Tokenization: design and implement resiliency, monitoring, automation, and remediation. Consult on incidents, build frameworks and standards for performance and availability, implement tracing and tooling, and support 24x7 operations and platform migrations.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and RESTful APIs for incident response tooling. Develop ETL/data flows, spot data anomalies, optimize pipeline performance, collaborate on CI/CD and code reviews, and work with containerized and cloud-native data services.

Lead independent testing, monitoring, aggregation, and reporting of operational risk. Oversee end-to-end review cycles, control testing, issue identification, and stakeholder communication. Develop risk-based coverage and annual test plans, manage 2LoD testing, improve methodologies and reporting, coach a geographically distributed team, and report operational risk findings to senior management, the ERM Committee, and the Board.
