Provide end-to-end production support for Travel and Lifestyle Services platforms: triage and resolve incidents, run RCA and corrective actions, monitor observability tools, support API integrations, partner with product/engineering/vendors, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and excellent customer experience.

Support regulatory change management, compliance risk assessments, issue management, and preparation for regulatory inquiries while liaising with legal, audit, and privacy stakeholders.

Support Mexico controllership by monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining internal controls, preparing local GAAP financial statement disclosures, supporting audits, and testing spreadsheet controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Lead a UK risk governance team to design, implement and maintain the second-line risk governance structure, risk frameworks, policy library and committees; ensure risk appetite adherence, regulatory engagement, escalation to senior boards, and remediation of priority issues and action plans.

Serve as single point of contact for a portfolio of high-value Centurion customers, managing travel and lifestyle requests, driving revenue and loyalty, resolving issues, leading and coaching direct reports, and reporting on portfolio performance while proactively offering tailored value propositions.

Support routine finance and accounting functions: prepare accounting entries and month-close tasks, produce standard financial reports, perform basic data analysis, collaborate with finance teams, support projects, assist SOP updates, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Support the Global Transfer Pricing team with data collection, organization, and documentation for transfer pricing compliance and audits. Prepare and update Excel workbooks, schedules, reconciliations, and reports; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors; maintain records and assist with process improvement and ad hoc transfer pricing projects.
