The Transfer Pricing Analyst provides operational and analytical support to the Global Transfer Pricing team in executing day-to-day transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and audit-related activities. This role is responsible for gathering and organizing data, preparing supporting schedules and reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, and maintaining accurate documentation to support the team's deliverables. The position offers an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of US and international transfer pricing while contributing to the efficient execution of the team's priorities.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Transfer Pricing team with day-to-day transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and audit-related activities across US and international jurisdictions.
Collect, organize, and maintain financial and operational data required for transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and tax authority requests.
Assist in preparing and updating Excel workbooks, schedules, reconciliations, and other supporting files for transfer pricing planning and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Global Tax, Finance, and the IC–COE team, to gather information and ensure timely completion of team deliverables.
Provide administrative and analytical support to team members and external tax advisors by compiling data, maintaining documentation, and tracking requests.
Maintain organized records and supporting documentation to help ensure compliance with internal policies and US and international transfer pricing requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives by assisting with data validation, documentation updates, and other ad hoc transfer pricing projects as assigned.
