Serve as the primary post-sales contact to onboard, enable, and drive value realization for customers. Partner with business units to improve cost control, budgeting, and multi-year revenue/expense forecasts. Design, monitor, and improve internal control systems and procedures to mitigate regulatory and policy risks.

Manage and grow accounts within legal, compliance, IP departments and law firms. Prospect and close new sales, retain renewals, drive product demand, run client strategy meetings, increase account revenue, and apply legal and SaaS product knowledge to meet targets.

Provide phone and email-based technical support for ThreatMetrix and Emailage SaaS products: troubleshoot installations, APIs, networking (DNS/SSL), document cases in Salesforce, escalate complex issues, and assist customers with product navigation and usability. Shift work includes nights and weekends.

Lead design, optimization, and management of large-scale databases and backend platforms. Build schemas, optimize complex SQL, develop stored procedures, resolve production issues, implement Java data access layers (JDBC/ORM), support ETL pipelines, and automate DB operations with shell scripting on Unix/Linux.

Create, develop and maintain high-quality commercial legal content and current awareness for practitioners. Monitor legal developments, engage with customers, support queries via feedback channels, and collaborate across Lexis+ teams to ensure accurate, relevant, and commercially valuable guidance and updates.

Lead development of NLP and ML solutions for large-scale legal, news, financial, and business corpora. Build, train, evaluate, and deploy traditional and deep learning models (including LLMs), design scalable pipelines, evaluate SOTA tools, partner with product and engineering teams, and mentor junior staff while contributing to model monitoring and production best practices.
