Serve as strategic customer success lead for large law firm accounts, driving adoption of LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI workflows. Build trusted relationships, create success plans, use usage and health data to improve retention and expansion, partner cross-functionally, and provide product feedback to inform enhancements.
