Intern will develop and modify secure, efficient Spring Boot applications for global expansion, collaborate with PMs/BAs/Leads, implement multithreaded, real-time web features, write unit tests, use Angular/JavaScript front-ends, and apply AI-first coding tools within an Agile environment.

Work with program managers, analysts, and team leads to develop and modify web applications for global expansion. Build efficient, secure, real-time applications using Core Java, Spring Boot (MVC), multithreading, and Angular; write unit tests, participate in code reviews, document solutions, and collaborate with infra, security, and QA within an agile environment. Emphasis on AI-first development and emerging AI coding assistants.

Manage credit control and accounts receivable for sellers: chase and allocate payments, resolve invoice and payment queries, produce month- and year-end reports, liaise with internal teams, and maintain service-level agreements and remittances.

Drive international voice sales by meeting monthly targets, communicating with global customers, negotiating deals, recommending product offers, and delivering best-in-class service across US shifts.

Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, advising leadership on performance and terminations, developing policies for legal compliance, supporting engagement survey analysis, and creating training on union awareness, respectful workplace, and performance management to boost engagement and reduce turnover.

Lead general ledger operations, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls, resolve variances, support audits, partner cross-functionally, drive process improvements and ERP enhancements, and coach staff accountants.

Lead and improve a large seller billing and receivables operational accounting team. Drive billing quality, exception review, payment application, collections, reconciliations, process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Technology, and GL Accounting. Coach managers, sequence priorities, reduce errors, leverage data and automation (including AI) to scale and increase accuracy.

Provide high-level support to COO and CMO by managing executive calendars, communications, travel coordination, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Manage and settle total-loss motor claims, negotiate with policy holders on behalf of insurance partners, deliver high-quality customer service, ensure accurate and timely claim processing, support team performance, and suggest service improvements.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain applications using VB.NET and C#, optimize SQL Server databases, and implement client-side functionality with JavaScript and jQuery, among other responsibilities.
