Designs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise networks and infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, and virtualized environments. Manages technical programs involving planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, risk, resources, subcontracts, and customer communications. Leads engineering and program teams, develops Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project, manages training system installation and relocation, and supports government and prime contractor proposals. Requires extensive DoD acquisition and training systems management experience, including oversight of technical, financial, engineering, logistics, and configuration activities.

Provides Tier III network engineering support for Joint Communications Support Element operations. Designs, tests, and implements enterprise routing and switching solutions using IGP, EGP, MPLS, VRF, and NFV/service chaining. Assesses emerging technologies, develops functional and solution architectures, supports system testing and implementation, and ensures compliance with DoD standards and RMF cybersecurity requirements. Engages stakeholders through technical analyses, presentations, briefings, documentation, and recommendations.

Develops data collection methods, reporting tools, and operational analytics for Joint Network Operations Center missions. Analyzes ticket metrics, bandwidth utilization, and network performance; creates mission reports, process documentation, and scripted solutions. Presents technical findings and recommendations to government and military leadership, while managing data storage, retention, stakeholder requirements, and reporting processes.

Supports DoD cyber defense training programs by researching requirements, developing curricula and training materials, managing readiness metrics and certification records, maintaining training databases, and coordinating exercises and assessments. The role supports Joint Training System activities, after-action processes, workforce improvement initiatives, security awareness, and System Security Plan updates. It requires DoD cyber training expertise, IAT Level II certification, knowledge of joint planning systems, an active TS/SCI clearance, and occasional travel.

Supports the mechanical design, integration, prototyping, testing, and documentation of flight simulation and training systems. Responsibilities include developing CAD models and drawings, defining interfaces and alignment requirements, integrating cockpit and electromechanical hardware, supporting technical reviews, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and conducting fit, form, function, and basic failure-mode assessments.

Provides office management, administrative, HR, and project coordination support.
