The Vice President, POM Product Management oversees complex project management for client onboarding, ensuring successful asset conversion and collaboration with internal teams to meet client satisfaction and project goals.

Lead AI product strategy and roadmap, partner with business and engineering to deliver end-to-end AI/ML products. Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, measure KPIs, ensure governance and compliance, and mentor product teams to drive adoption and business impact.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise database solutions, ensure performance, security, and reliability, develop policies and procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database strategy with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Analyze client activity, maintain relationships, escalate non-routine matters, develop internal procedures and KPIs, and collaborate to optimize account setups. Provide product/service information across lines of business and perform occasional weekend work.

Provide operational client support for triparty collateral activities, handle query resolution, reporting and issue management, contribute to process improvements and automation, support multiple moderately complex client accounts, and mentor junior team members.

Support loan transactional operations and servicing across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Review loan documentation, provide middle-office support, resolve inquiries, generate reports/analytics, and participate in system enhancements, testing, and technology upgrades while collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Lead product design for AI-driven, enterprise-scale experiences. Rapidly prototype concepts from research, own end-to-end journeys, contribute to machine-readable design systems, communicate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor designers through example.

Manage a portfolio of BBDI clients to drive new business and revenue, maintain client relationships, prospect and onboard clients, coordinate KYC/onboarding and risk activities, collaborate with internal teams on sales and presentations, and represent the firm at industry events.
