We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in New York City, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI/ML products that address complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Own the AI product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and long-term scalability.
  • Lead the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, prioritize backlogs, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering well-designed, efficient, and scalable AI solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities that maximize business value, mitigate risk, and support enterprise growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data systems, and workflows.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to inform product strategy and innovation opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product adoption, business impact, and return on investment.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on AI capabilities, opportunities, risks, and best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure AI products comply with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Champion innovation by identifying and advancing creative applications of AI that enhance business performance and customer outcomes.
  • Communicate AI product vision, strategy, and value propositions to senior leaders and stakeholders through compelling presentations and recommendations.
  • Lead product reviews, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements to drive alignment and transparency throughout the development process.
  • Mentor and develop product managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and AI-driven innovation.
  • Influence enterprise-wide AI strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational AI and digital transformation objectives.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 
  • Advanced degree is beneficial. MBA or product management certification is a plus.
  • At least 10-12 years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.  Prior working experience in a financial industry preferred.  
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, their business applications, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching AI products that have delivered significant commercial impact and ROI. 
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies and product development lifecycles. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with data science teams, engineers, and business stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate AI product vision and value to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience in defining and tracking product metrics, conducting market research, and performing competitive analysis in the AI space. 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
