The Inside Services Sales Representative will drive growth by generating business opportunities, managing accounts, and executing sales campaigns for Blue Yonder's Professional Services.

Lead the design and development of optimization systems using Operations Research techniques, manage data pipelines, and integrate AI/ML models. Mentor engineers and ensure best practices on performance and scalability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BY planning solutions, analyze/debug customer issues, coordinate with Product, Consulting and Cloud teams, implement monitoring and performance tuning, support steady-state operations including on-call coverage, and advise customers on best practices and process optimization.

Provide technical and functional support for Blue Yonder (JDA) supply chain planning solutions (ESP, IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP). Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, tune performance, support deployments, work with Product Development/Consulting/Cloud teams, produce knowledge articles, and participate in on-call/24x7 coverage to maintain system integrity and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical and functional customer implementation and support for Blue Yonder SCPO planning solutions. Troubleshoot complex issues, develop and deploy code, create design documentation, enable SaaS product features, author knowledge articles, recommend automation and best practices, and collaborate with solution and product teams.

Lead technical implementation and integration of Blue Yonder TMS, serve as technical owner across stakeholder meetings, perform functional analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support, and mentor/transfer knowledge to customer teams.

Provide data-driven insights and decision support for customers using data analysis, model configuration, tuning, simulations, and visualization. Support pricing and cognitive solutions, present findings, define success metrics, adhere to ITIL support processes, and travel to customer sites (~10%).
