Lead discovery and delivery of AI and automation solutions: elicit requirements, map processes, perform gap analysis, define functional requirements and user stories, coordinate UAT and testing, analyze data to quantify opportunities, and present recommendations to senior leaders. Partner with business, technology, and analytics teams through implementation, change readiness, and outcome measurement.
