Support pricing and execution of flow reinsurance transactions via actuarial modeling, analysis, and diligence. Develop and maintain pricing models and tools, analyze product features and transaction structures, and assess profitability and risk. Collaborate with finance, investments, legal, risk, accounting, and corporate development. Improve model controls, documentation, processes, and automation/AI workflows while monitoring regulatory and industry developments.

Analyze markets, due diligence materials, and pricing models; produce quotes, treaty and product summaries; participate in transaction structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-close management. Support client meetings and other department projects.

Execute risk-based internal audits, support audit planning and SOX testing, assess complex business processes, partner with stakeholders to drive remediation, and enhance audit methodologies using data analytics, automation, and AI.

Lead FP&A analysis, forecasting, and optimization of enterprise financial performance. Maintain the enterprise forecast model, build analytics to explain variances in Spread Related Earnings and KPIs, partner cross-functionally (Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, IT, Apollo), and prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations to support strategic decisions.

The Director will oversee US GAAP and STAT accounting policies, guide complex transactions, and lead training initiatives while managing team members.
