Manage day-to-day administration of AFHS/AFS contract portfolio including documentation review, data entry, invoice/credit note preparation, overdue follow-up, reporting, liaising with global managers, and supporting systems/process improvements.

Work with IT managers, platform owners and business teams to assess IT General Controls, identify risks, recommend and implement IT control improvements, document SOPs, and support cybersecurity and compliance efforts.

Develop and validate acoustic/FEA simulation workflows, correlate models with measurements, perform root cause analysis, automate simulation lifecycles, and explore AI/ML digitization to enhance simulation credibility and efficiency.

Lead execution of pilot and technician training contracts, including complex flight operations training. Develop contract delivery strategy aligned with financial and customer-satisfaction targets. Lead and develop the operations team, set and monitor KPIs, harmonize processes with central functions, run operational reviews, ensure governance, compliance awareness, and drive customer satisfaction.

Define certification basis and air system certification plans; coordinate with technical teams and airworthiness authorities; evaluate and approve design changes and flight test clearances; manage airworthiness documentation and continued airworthiness activities; approve service bulletins and participate in product safety committees.

Design and implement automated software delivery and DevOps cloud solutions, ensure robustness, performance and security, integrate solutions into customer IT environments, work in an agile scrum team, and drive technical requirements with stakeholders for coherent end-to-end solutions.

Manage and execute the MAP (Mise au point) process for serial and new aircraft/vehicle development. For aircraft/helicopters: handle airworthiness, flight clearance, aircraft limitations, change/configuration management, systems interaction, non-conformance handling during assembly and flight test, and drive corrective actions. For satellite roles: oversee assembly, integration and test. Maintain compliance awareness and escalate issues impacting final assembly line performance.

Manage daily operational performance of Flight Hour Services (FHS) component contracts, ensuring delivery, cost, quality and lead-time targets. Serve as customer interface for order processing, AOG support, crisis management, retrofit and maintenance coordination, KPI monitoring, material management and improvement projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, support entry-into-service activities and maintain customer satisfaction.
