Support surface technology acquisition, development, qualification, and execution projects for aerospace applications. Prepare material and process specifications, testing instructions, and support obsolescence, change management, REACH compliance, and engineering or manufacturing issues. Develop and harmonize paints, coatings, pretreatment, cleaning, and corrosion-protection technologies. Collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, external institutes, and international teams.

Configure, customize, test, and support Workday Core HCM and Recruitment modules globally. Serves as the on-site manufacturing engineering representative for Airbus plants at the Final Assembly Line. Manages outstanding work, non-conformity rework, plant work orders, technical dispositions, drawing and tooling reviews, and critical-path production constraints. Collaborates with manufacturing engineering, design offices, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to investigate and close issues. Provides shopfloor support, drives continuous improvement, facilitates knowledge transfer, and supports day, late, and occasional night shifts during industrial crises.

Architect, build, deploy, and optimize production AI products on Google Cloud. Develop LLM and NLP solutions, RAG pipelines, prompt architectures, fine-tuned models, code modernization tools, and scalable AI microservices. Own MLOps, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, API design, AI FinOps, and inference-cost optimization while collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and drive innovation in enterprise AI automation.
