Builds planning models, metrics, dashboards, alerts, workflows, scenarios, and reusable components while ensuring performance, scalability, governance, and data alignment. Partners with planners, SMEs, platform teams, and the CoE to drive adoption, reduce rework, mentor developers, and advance solution standards and innovation.

Provides Level 1.5 technical support for HPE StoreOnce products, managing customer cases from diagnosis through resolution. Troubleshoots compute, storage, networking, hardware, operating systems, and related subsystems; documents cases, meets SLAs, escalates complex issues, and collaborates with L2/L3 engineers. The role also supports process improvements, knowledge-base updates, technical guidance, and customer communications while managing multiple cases with minimal supervision.

Defines technical architecture and long-term strategy for HPE data center networking, including SONiC, open networking, AI infrastructure, automation, and cloud-scale systems. Leads architecture reviews, establishes standards, evaluates emerging technologies, guides roadmaps, and aligns hardware, ASIC, software, security, and systems teams. Partners with product management, customers, and ecosystem organizations while mentoring senior technical leaders and representing HPE at industry forums.

Owns North American sales growth for HPE Networking’s partner channel. Develops marketing and business plans, manages forecasts and pipelines, drives partner selection and co-selling, conducts business reviews, enables channel sellers, analyzes sales data, and presents performance updates to senior leadership. Requires extensive end-user or channel sales experience, networking and SMB/midmarket knowledge, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and travel up to 30%.

Leads enterprise sales planning and pipeline-performance strategy, including annual and quarterly planning, scenario modeling, coverage and territory design, pipeline-health measurement, risk identification, and recovery planning. Advises senior Sales leadership and coordinates with Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and regional teams to align assumptions, reporting, resources, and execution priorities.

Drives enterprise storage sales across Washington and Oregon State and Local Government accounts. Builds pipeline, pursues net-new business, expands customer relationships, develops proposals, negotiates deals, and closes opportunities. Partners with account managers, presales teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver HPE storage solutions. Provides consultative technical expertise, manages territory and forecasting activities, supports marketing campaigns, and communicates solution value, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
