Sell and upsell radio and digital advertising by building client relationships, proposing comprehensive marketing plans, prospecting new business, meeting revenue targets, managing collections, and supporting station events. Maintain daily planning, communicate with clients and internal teams, and uphold professional appearance and customer-first service.

Supports sales and marketing operations by maintaining CRM data, generating reports, preparing proposals and sales materials, coordinating advertising placements and events, managing billing and vendor coordination, and handling client communications and basic analytics to support account executives and leadership.

Coordinate all aspects of annual events, manage registrations, ticket sales, and event promotion. Develop promotional plans, create content and social media campaigns, manage email marketing and paid co-branded posts, maintain event pages/landing pages in WordPress, assist budgeting and vendor coordination, integrate video and podcasts, and support sales and in-house promotions.

Cover local sports by attending events, taking photos, collecting data and writing timely stories to newspaper standards and deadlines. Maintain equipment, provide customer-focused service, suggest process improvements, and perform other assigned duties.
