Supports asset-based lending coverage, origination, underwriting, transaction management, loan closings, and portfolio credit risk. Prepares credit approval materials, maintains credit and legal files, manages internal and client relationships, supports complex financial transactions, and mentors analysts. Applies knowledge of credit analysis, ABL structures, capital markets, secured transaction laws, and creditor rights while ensuring compliance and continued professional development.

Handle commercial client inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate information on low-complexity commercial products, perform data entry in CRM, escalate appropriately, follow policies and quality standards, and continually learn bank products.

Provide analytical support for bond underwriting mandates: research financials, perform credit and corporate finance analysis, prepare pitch materials and market updates, maintain databases, participate in diligence calls, and collaborate with leveraged finance and banking teams.

Drive profitable business development and manage a portfolio of commercial clients ($10M+ revenue). Build relationship strategies with internal partners, analyze financial statements and credit, offer tailored banking solutions (loans, treasury, capital markets), use CRM for pipeline management, and engage in community networking to deepen client relationships and grow revenue while managing risk.
