As an apprentice, you will assist professionals in installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in HVAC and other systems, while gaining industry qualifications.

The Senior Technical Manager will oversee technical sign-off for HVAC solutions, lead product managers, and ensure technical governance across projects.

Lead marine HVAC projects from design through installation and commissioning. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical compliance. Troubleshoot HVAC and Electrical/Automation issues, liaise with customers and dealers, collaborate with factories, and present corrective actions to ensure timely, profitable delivery.

Lead development and deployment of model-based optimization and control for HVAC thermo-fluid systems. Create mathematical models, optimization workflows (including MPC and real-time optimization), integrate ML/surrogate models, and embed scalable nonlinear and mixed-integer solutions into product development. Collaborate globally, mentor engineers, and drive technology roadmap and adoption of solver tools and scalable computing platforms.

Manages a team of 15–20 Associate Engineers providing product and technical support for HVAC controllers, electrical systems, and building management systems. Oversees SLAs, KPIs, escalations, reporting, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and process improvements. Uses AI-driven tools and data analysis to identify insights, diagnose service issues, implement preventive actions, and improve operational performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end indirect procurement for Europe (~$400M spend), set regional strategy, manage ~30 procurement professionals, own major indirect categories, drive savings, supplier risk management, digital Source-to-Pay adoption, and embed ESG/responsible sourcing while partnering with senior stakeholders across functions.

Sell HVAC products and services by qualifying prospects, preparing accurate quotes and contracts, coordinating estimating processes, and supporting sellers. Provide high service levels, build customer rapport, use Salesforce to track opportunities, and present solutions based on customer needs and specifications.

Lead after-sales solution sales for commercial HVAC (chillers, package and multi AC): propose maintenance/service contracts, repairs and equipment upgrades; visit clients (factories, hospitals, commercial/public facilities, schools, office buildings, data centers); prepare estimates, negotiate pricing, report inspections, manage prospects and credit, and perform market/competitor analysis while coordinating with internal service and installation engineers.

Procure resin materials by researching market, cost structures, and suppliers; perform price benchmarking and negotiations; analyze purchase data to drive cost optimization; manage supply risks; and prepare and evaluate RFQs.

Handle customer phone and email inquiries, process and manage purchase orders to delivery, advise on spare parts, pricing and stock, maintain CRM customer data, arrange transport and third-party services, create pro forma invoices, and perform related administrative tasks.
