職務内容Role Responsibilities:
- 業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守、整備、更新）営業活動（提案、商談、顧客折衝）
- 主な営業先：工場、病院、商業施設、公共施設、学校、事務所ビル、データセンター等
- 営業先訪問、各提案活動、受注活動、見積提出、価格折衝、機器点検結果報告、プロスペクト管理、与信管理、市場分析、競合他社分析等
- 当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）の納入顧客に対して、アフターサービス・ソリューション提案全般（保守契約、整備提案営業を実施、また過年度機種への更新提案）営業を担当して頂きます。（さらには、自社製、他社製問わず）社内のサービスエンジニア担当、工事エンジニア担当と連携・サポート体制により、お客様へ質の高いソリューションを実現します。
