Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of workers’ compensation regulatory reporting data. Identify underwriting and servicing errors, interpret regulatory updates, coordinate system changes, test and implement requirements, review underwriting system accuracy, resolve reporting errors, investigate root causes, communicate with brokers and insureds, and provide training and guidance.

Lead underwriting for extended warranty, fulfillment-cost, and property insurance: design programs, make underwriting decisions, manage product development (policy wording, rate revisions), coordinate with sales/claims/global teams, report to Head, and handle project work and occasional English correspondence.

Manage an assigned portfolio of multinational insurance programs, serving as the primary client and broker contact. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, oversee compliant program design and service delivery, support policy and invoice issuance, collaborate on reinsurance and claims matters, monitor service levels, and contribute to portfolio growth. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, multinational program knowledge, strong communication, relationship management, prioritization, and process improvement skills.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and closes commercial and vendor agreements, including consulting services, data licensing, SaaS, and procurement contracts. Advises business and procurement teams on legal risks, regulatory developments, company policies, and contract compliance. Collaborates with privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory, insurance, and intellectual property specialists; improves templates and contracting processes; and manages outside counsel and advisors.

Manages global bank administration activities, including account openings and closures, signatory maintenance, banking services, payment reporting, and ad hoc business-unit requests. Maintains core data in Kyriba, supports strategic banking initiatives, ensures compliance with bank-account policies, responds to KYC, AML, sanctions, and SOX requests, and investigates issues. Collaborates with banking partners, business stakeholders, senior management, and a small treasury team.

Prepare and file SEC Section 16 forms and periodic reports, maintain executive equity ownership records, support proxy statements and corporate governance activities, coordinate audit and annual meeting processes, manage insider trading policy procedures, liaise with transfer agents, conduct legal research and benchmarking, and improve legal entity and reporting practices.

Manages treasury operations for GCM trading activity, including trade blotters, confirmations, payments, settlements, reconciliation breaks, cash pools, and currency rebalancing. Partners with banking institutions, Treasury Compliance, and Kyriba enablement teams to maintain systems, controls, reporting, and procedures. Supports audit, SOX, ORM, and risk requirements while troubleshooting issues, advising stakeholders, and occasionally supporting US market hours.

Manage monthly and quarterly investment accounting close processes across global entities. Prepare and review investment disclosures, NAIC statutory reports, regulatory filings, and work papers. Coordinate accounting treatment for new investment transactions, support controllers and business units, lead process improvements and controls, analyze investment data, and ensure accurate ledger and financial reporting. Requires strong knowledge of investment products, GAAP, statutory accounting, foreign currency translation, Excel, and investment accounting reporting.
