Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Glattbrugg (Zürich) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte und engagierte Person als Multinational Client Coordinator (w/m/d) mit einem Pensum von 100 %.
Was Sie erwartet:
- Implementierung und Koordination von komplexen internationalen Versicherungsprogrammen
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung unserer Richtlinien und Service Levels (z.B. Dokumentations- und Lieferzeiten)
- Pflegen und Überwachung des Zahlungsflusses der Versicherungsprämien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Underwriting bei Angebotsanfragen und Programmerneuerungen, abgestimmt auf die gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Anforderungen der internationalen Versicherungsmärkte
- Ansprechpartner und Eskalationspunkt für Makler, Kunden und interne Stakeholder
- Effektive und zielgerichtete Kommunikation an Teams, Kunden, Makler
- Unterstützen des Team Managers in Projekten und Sonderaufgaben
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Betriebswirtschaftliche und/oder versicherungstechnische Ausbildung (Weiterbildung eidg. Fachausweis, HF oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von komplexen internationalen Versicherungsprogrammen
- Sehr gute und stilsicherere Kommunikation schriftlich/mündlich in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Priorisierung vielfältiger Aufgaben
- Problembewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Service‐ und Kundenorientierung sowie ein gutes Zeitmanagement
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
