Assess coverage, investigate and resolve claims, manage reserves, oversee independent adjusters and vendors, pursue subrogation, prepare correspondence and claim reports, and work with clients, brokers, and attorneys.

Manage and grow an existing employee benefits book of business as the primary client liaison. Lead renewals and open enrollment presentations, resolve escalated claims and enrollment issues, identify cross-sell and new business opportunities, coordinate internal resources, maintain sales documentation and compliance, and educate clients on benefits legislation and solutions.

Review and rate Property & Casualty insurance applications; assist Account Executives with underwriting, quotes, binders, state filings, inspections, and endorsements; maintain accounts, order loss runs, process correspondence and mail, and perform related administrative duties.

Lead Oracle application development and database administration: design, develop, tune, secure, patch, and support Oracle databases and PL/SQL/SQL code. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, manage backups/disaster recovery, and enforce development standards.
