Develops, optimizes, and sustains manufacturing processes and equipment to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Supports NPI, drives continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/5S), troubleshoots production issues, prepares SOPs/work instructions, and coordinates cross-functional teams using data analysis and OEE metrics to reduce cycle time, defects, and costs.

Designs, maintains, and upgrades electrical test equipment and test control systems for generator sets. Analyzes test data, defines test procedures, ensures electrical and mechanical safety and regulatory compliance, supports new product and non-standard testing, drives lean improvements, manages equipment procurement/upgrades, and supports TPM and certification testing.

Coordinate and track manufacturing projects, support new line setups and NPI, monitor production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, RFT), drive cross-functional coordination, manage risks and action items, prepare MIS reports/dashboards, and support continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily supply chain activities across materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand planning, and order fulfillment. Use ERP and planning systems to maintain parameters and master schedules, analyze KPIs, identify risks and shortages, implement mitigation plans, manage part changes and new part introductions, apply PFEP principles, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders to improve availability and reduce excess inventory.

Provides administrative support for a department or leader: conducts research, compiles and enters data, prepares reports and presentations, schedules meetings, handles correspondence, processes vendor payments, documents policies, responds to inquiries, and supports business improvement projects. Acts as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.

Develop and execute global marketing communications and brand strategies. Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, traditional), brand strategy and protection, stakeholder partnerships, and data-driven optimisation. Manage budgets, agencies, and a geographically distributed team, support internal communications, and advance digital marketing through martech and AI-enabled solutions.

Plan and coordinate daily supply chain operations across materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand planning and order fulfillment. Monitor suppliers, balance constrained supply, optimize planning parameters and master data, lead daily planning activities, collaborate cross-functionally on tactical improvements, analyze KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve service levels and reduce disruptions.
