Designs and analyzes mechanical components, subsystems, and product architectures using Creo, ANSYS, GD&T, FMEA, and variation analysis. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, specifications, models, drawings, and engineering bills of materials. Supports design reviews, concept selection, product validation, failure-mode avoidance, configuration management, and root-cause problem resolution. Analyze financial and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, support pricing governance, ensure US GAAP compliance, and partner cross-functionally to improve business performance and processes.

Leads complex international, cross-functional sales and logistics programs from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, suppliers, customers, and global stakeholders while ensuring measurable business outcomes. Prepares financial reports, forecasts, executive updates, and performance metrics; maintains governance and documentation; and coaches project teams. The role requires coordination across cultures and time zones, including occasional support outside standard business hours, and involves logistics documentation, shipment coordination, and large-scale projects valued at $30M or more.

Provides senior technical analysis and solution design for applications and infrastructure. Translates business requirements into technical specifications, evaluates COTS and custom solutions, coordinates implementation and testing, conducts design and code reviews, supports automation and deployment, develops standards and runbooks, improves existing systems, and provides Level 3 support for critical technical issues.
