Provides high-level technical support for semiconductor handlers, probers, and high-power thermal solutions. Supports production escalations, NPI evaluations, failure trend analysis, product safety and quality, troubleshooting, and collaboration with R&D and global teams. Delivers technical training, workshops, and knowledge-transfer programs for field-service engineers and customers, while recommending improvements to solution reliability, throughput, stability, and scalability.

Evaluates emerging AI technologies, platforms, infrastructure, and vendors through technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, benchmarks, and pilot deployments. Assesses solutions for capability, cost, risk, scalability, and business value; recommends adoption strategies; supports customers and internal stakeholders; delivers technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations; and monitors developments in LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows.
