Lead and coach a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations to drive sales, recruit and retain talent, model sales techniques, and collaborate with Premium, client, and store leadership to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Manage principals' business within assigned customer accounts to achieve sales, volume, merchandising, pricing, and shelving objectives. Develop Customer Business Plans, call on decision-makers, manage trade funds and manufacturer expenditures, ensure superior in-store presence, collaborate with retail teams, use data and company systems, operate within budget, and support special merchandising and retail initiatives.

Perform category analytics and build insights-driven recommendations and selling stories for CPG clients. Manage client relationships, reporting, and category reviews. Develop presentations using syndicated, panel, basket, and shopper data. Independently run projects, maintain performance reporting, and advise internal and external stakeholders.

Manage a geographic territory to build retail relationships, drive Whirlpool product sales, deliver trainings and presentations, gather competitive intelligence, support merchandising and marketing events, and collaborate with internal teams to hit sales targets and grow market share.
