This role supports senior leaders by providing strategic insights, managing projects, analyzing market trends, and facilitating acquisition opportunities while collaborating across the organization.

Lead and grow a Pune-based portfolio quality team supporting Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset PMGs. Oversee process documentation, recruit and develop staff, deliver KPIs, drive automation and process improvements, and partner with global APM teams to ensure control, risk management, and operational efficiency.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, collaborate on integrations, and provide active support across projects, requiring 5-7 years of development experience.

Develop and enhance the SPSR system for portfolio implementation and trading, collaborating with business users and leveraging C++, Java, C#, and SQL.

Provide high-net-worth client servicing across offices including portfolio analytics, asset allocation modeling, onboarding, and transactions.
