Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, coordinating leadership meetings and events, preparing presentation materials, facilitating visits from global leaders, handling resource requests, interfacing with internal departments, and taking on progressively larger projects.

Support corporate legal and compliance by managing board and committee logistics, maintaining corporate records and governance documentation, preparing regulatory filings and governance materials, administering governance systems and portals, coordinating executive calendars and travel, processing invoices/expenses, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of governance actions.

Provide high-net-worth client service in partnership with Financial Advisors: portfolio analysis, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation, asset allocation recommendations, client relationship building, and participate in a comprehensive Associate Development Program.

Assess and manage credit risk for correspondent-sourced mortgage loan portfolios. Create underwriting guidelines, implement onboarding and due diligence, evaluate borrower creditworthiness, set limits/terms, monitor portfolio performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Partner with private alternatives business units to define, design, and implement technology solutions. Manage vendor relationships, lead systems implementations, QA/testing, data management, and reporting. Produce requirements, prototypes, and solution documentation; liaise between stakeholders and developers; support production applications; drive product roadmaps and process automation using low-code and BI tools.

Prepare, review, and coordinate annual, semi-annual, and quarterly shareholder and regulatory reports for pooled funds; incorporate comments from auditors, legal, and accounting; manage SEC filings and vendor coordination; maintain reporting schedules, checklists, and bank accuracy sheets; communicate GAAP rule changes and liaise with internal teams to resolve fund reporting issues.

Manage relationships with third-party distribution channels, expand and onboard new channels, support online channel operations and product launches, collaborate with external platforms to increase professional investor allocations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, analyze data to improve product competitiveness and client satisfaction, and perform other assigned duties.
