As a Technical Adoption Manager, you will support customers in leveraging VMware technologies to achieve their multi-cloud objectives. Responsibilities include creating success plans, guiding technical adoption, optimizing operations, and presenting insights to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business value.

The Senior Software Architect will lead AI/ML implementations, enhance customer solutions, design architectures, develop & validate AI systems, and ensure quality testing across multiple enterprise products.

Lead design, simulation, layout, and system testing of silicon photonic integrated circuits using tools like Ansys/Lumerical and Cadence Virtuoso. Collaborate with layout, fab, validation, packaging, and system teams to optimize devices, define process monitoring, and validate link performance. Develop test and qualification plans and perform RF/SI and electrical/optical co-design for high-speed transceivers.

Lead DFT planning and integration using Siemens Tessent. Manage ATPG/ATE interfaces, ATE bring-up and failure analysis. Drive test-time reduction, implement DFT across multi-power domains, and perform synthesis, formal verification, STA and simulation for DFT modes while troubleshooting and improving DFT flows.

Design and co-develop automated production test systems for silicon photonics products. Create hardware configurations, test scripts, data acquisition modules, and GUIs; support product characterization, validation, yield improvement, and process control.

Design, develop, and execute validation and verification tests for mainframe applications. Build and maintain test automation pipelines in CI/CD, assess coverage, automate tasks via scripting, and collaborate within Agile teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Design, develop, and deliver ultra-high-performance electronic products with end-to-end ownership (one-person/one-board). Duties include BOM creation, vendor negotiations, circuit/PCB design, validation, and sustaining support (customer trials and field issues). Collaborate cross-functionally with ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, packaging, diagnostic, and manufacturing teams. Address power/thermal challenges for 1kW+ PCBs and high-speed SerDes signaling (112G+). Provide technical leadership to small design teams.

Develop and validate ATE test programs and flows on Advantest/Teradyne platforms. Diagnose failures, create characterization tests, support qualification and R&D test methodology, analyze electrical/thermal root causes, and present results to cross-functional teams.

Design and develop mechanical assemblies for high-performance electronic products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and product lifecycle ownership.

Responsible for front end design and verification of ASIC design blocks, including architecture definition, logic design, synthesis, and verification through simulation and analysis of timing.
