Leads strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for commercial payment products across ACH, wire, instant payment, and other money-movement rails. Partners with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, and platform teams to define requirements, launch features, improve resiliency, manage technical debt, validate solutions, and optimize customer workflows. Uses market, customer, risk, pricing, and performance insights to guide product decisions and ensure compliant, differentiated treasury management experiences.

Handles residential and commercial real estate escrow transactions from account setup through closing. Manages and disburses funds, reviews titles and transaction documents, prepares legal closing documents and statements, files records, monitors risk, and communicates with all parties. Examines complex Texas commercial title files from opening through completion, analyzing chains of title, leases, liens, easements, surveys, legal descriptions, acreage, and commitments. Prepares title products, identifies ownership and curative issues, reviews commercial surveys, and collaborates with agents, underwriting, and team members to resolve title matters and provide responsive service.

Owns strategy, discovery, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and optimization for valuation and appraisal technology products. Translates complex appraisal, compliance, data, review, automation, and integration workflows into scalable capabilities. Partners with Engineering, QA, Operations, Sales, Support, customers, and executives to manage dependencies, migrations, launches, adoption, and product outcomes. Requires strong enterprise product judgment, technical fluency, stakeholder leadership, and knowledge of regulated mortgage or valuation workflows.

Supports business, risk, control, and transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, assessing risks and controls, tracking deliverables, and identifying workflow, automation, low-code, and AI improvement opportunities. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate operational impacts, strengthen control ownership, and translate complex needs into practical, well-controlled solutions.

Manages the organization’s Security Operations Center, including 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security controls, vendors, staffing, budgets, and service delivery. Acts as Incident Commander, leads containment and recovery decisions, tunes detection logic, develops response procedures, reports security metrics, and provides executive updates. The role also mentors staff, supports audits and disaster recovery, evaluates security technologies, and maintains awareness of emerging vulnerabilities.

Defines and governs enterprise network security architecture across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and third-party environments. Leads firewall, segmentation, Zero Trust, secure access, and cloud connectivity design; conducts risk assessments and security reviews; establishes standards and policies; evaluates security technologies and vendors; supports compliance audits; advises stakeholders; and mentors security engineers and analysts.

Leads the strategy, portfolio, adoption, and delivery of shared enterprise platforms, developer platforms, APIs, integrations, and reusable technology capabilities. Manages Product Managers and Product Leaders, partners with engineering and business executives, prioritizes investments across scalability, security, reliability, and technical debt, and establishes metrics for platform adoption and business impact.

Supports simple and complex commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement information, managing disbursements, interpreting agreements, and following up with customers. Provides professional customer communication, administrative support, and transaction assistance while meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, and adapting to escrow technologies. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
