Lead proposal development and strategic pursuits; create high‑impact presentations and visual storytelling; track awarded projects and produce case studies; manage digital assets and project data (Cosential, OpenAsset, Salesforce); support marketing campaigns and coordinate photo/video and VDC visualization work.

Lead electrical procurement for construction projects: develop strategic sourcing, obtain and evaluate supplier bids, negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships, assign equipment to trade partners, mitigate supply chain risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with project requirements.

Lead generation and business development for large construction projects (design-build and GCCM, $25M+). Identify and qualify leads, build client and architect relationships, support RFQ/RFPs, track procurement timelines, represent the firm at industry events, mentor internal team members, and log client interactions in Salesforce to win profitable projects.

Support project managers by verifying work meets plans/specs, reviewing shop drawings, tracking submittals and schedules, producing reports and meeting minutes, coordinating testing and inspections, assisting bid/scope development, and ensuring safety and constructability on site.
