Lead financial planning, cost control, forecasting, and risk management across a project portfolio. Develop budgets, cash flow projections, cost-loaded schedules, and standardized project controls processes. Oversee change orders, commitments, GMP support, monthly financial reviews, and executive reporting while integrating scheduling and financial forecasts.

Manage post-award project documentation and workflows including CMiC project setup, submittals tracking, equipment monitoring, delivery coordination, and stakeholder communication. Ensure accurate document control, compliance with specifications, and drive process improvements to support timely project execution.
