Develop and deliver XRF system demonstrations, create application notes and turnkey analytical workflows, collaborate with algorithms and software teams to optimize quantification, engage customers to translate requirements into solutions, troubleshoot instrument and analysis issues, and document methods for internal and customer use.

Lead research, design, and implementation of classical and ML/DL computer vision algorithms for defect detection, classification, metrology, and image analysis on semiconductor inspection tools. Prototype and evaluate approaches, run feasibility studies and benchmarking on large datasets, optimize performance for available compute (GPU), write production-quality code, and collaborate with software, systems, and compute infrastructure teams to productize solutions.

Manage end-to-end business for assigned ESG/sustainability products and customers. Define and maintain quality standards for FIB/TEM metrology operations, establish and track quality metrics, lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions, align requirements with BU customers, and implement system-level process improvements and quality checkpoints to reduce rework and improve consistency across tools, operators, and shifts.

Lead end-to-end architecture and technical direction for nanometer-class precision motion stages, integrating mechanical design, sensing, and multi-axis motion control. Define control system architecture, develop dynamic models, tune multi-axis servo loops, and validate prototypes. Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and software teams, support manufacturing and field service, and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

Designs and optimizes semiconductor/display manufacturing processes with emphasis on defect analysis, root-cause identification, and reduction. Builds and curates defect knowledge bases, validates field data and auto-classification, develops FA plans, partners with field and cross-functional teams, and produces technical documentation and training to improve defect troubleshooting and customer support.

Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence and presentations, managing electronic calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, screening calls, handling mail, running reports and basic data analysis, and creating departmental procedures. May coordinate events, support VIP visits, and provide informal guidance to junior staff.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of global corporate events including conferences, trade shows, executive briefings and recognition events. Manage budgets, vendor contracts, registration platforms (Cvent), stakeholder alignment with Marketing/Comms/Executive teams, risk/compliance for onsite events, and post-event reporting. Travel up to ~20%.

Lead global Customer Business Operations for strategic accounts, owning order-to-cash governance, customer satisfaction, escalation resolution, and cross-functional execution. Drive operational strategy, process transformation, digital/automation initiatives, risk mitigation, and performance metrics. Build and lead global teams, partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure compliant, efficient fulfillment and revenue execution.

Owns spares product line activities: build reports and processes to identify risk/opportunity, manage CIP parts roadmap, develop business cases, approve ECOs and implement PCNs, align intercompany product strategies, drive cost reduction, and resolve strategic vendor/customer issues across engineering, supply chain, and support functions.
