The IT Project Manager leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, manages project life cycles, ensures scope adherence, and tracks project milestones in a multinational setting.

Act as HR consultant to assigned business units, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, change management, and capability building to drive engagement and business objectives.

Manage enterprise web content and digital platform operations, execute digital campaigns across web, social and email, monitor analytics (GA4) to optimize performance, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure content governance, accuracy, and quality across multiple business units.

Maintain accurate product costing and inventory data in Oracle, execute month-end close, reconcile sales and inventory ledgers, analyze manufacturing variances and SLOB, update BOMs and intercompany pricing, support cycle counts, budgeting, forecasting, procurement savings tracking, and audit requests while collaborating with operations to improve costing accuracy and profitability.

Leads digital innovation initiatives across customer, employee, factory, and product experience domains. Identifies opportunities, facilitates ideation workshops, prioritizes concepts, develops digital strategies, and executes proof-of-concepts using agile and Design Thinking methods. Collaborates with business, IT, vendors, and matrixed teams to create measurable value, influence stakeholders, evangelize emerging technologies, and advance enterprise digital transformation.
