Build performance models, profile bottlenecks, improve validation and benchmarking infrastructure, and co-design GPU primitives with hardware and compiler teams for next-generation Intel GPUs.

Administer EDA design environments and deploy tools supporting layout, verification, and semiconductor technology development. Develop Python, Shell, TCL, Perl, and other automation scripts; manage GitHub workflows, CI/CD, software deployments, engineering databases, libraries, and access controls. Troubleshoot EDA tools, DRC/LVS flows, infrastructure, and user issues. Partner with design, CAD, infrastructure, and vendor teams to modernize workflows, implement AI-enabled productivity solutions, and provide documentation and technical support.

Develop and optimize high-performance GPU and media software using Python, C, and C++. Build video codec and processing components, analyze and tune runtime, driver, and firmware performance across Windows and Linux, create automated validation tools, debug system integrations, and deploy LLM and VLM technologies in agentic frameworks.

Own end-to-end formal verification for Intel’s silicon interconnect fabric, protocol bridges, and link-layer logic. Develop verification and coverage plans, create abstraction models, generate proofs, resolve convergence issues, and maintain formal verification infrastructure. Collaborate with architecture, RTL design, physical design, and software teams while documenting progress and leading technical reviews. The role requires strong formal methods, protocol knowledge, coding ability, and experience with model checking, equivalence checking, BDDs, and DFGs.

Develop full-stack software solutions for Product Lifecycle Management and Product Data Management processes. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, integrate PLM with enterprise systems, and automate item, BOM, change management, data entry, validation, and workflows. Build web and Windows applications using .NET, C#, Node.js, React, databases, integration tools, containers, and cloud technologies. Support CI/CD, code repository management, and process improvement.

Analyze semiconductor yield and reliability challenges through test data analysis, failure investigations, electrical failure analysis, and process characterization. Identify root causes, correlate process and electrical measurements, and recommend solutions to improve manufacturing yields. Develop advanced analysis techniques, support defect characterization, and collaborate across process, test, and product teams during product development and high-volume manufacturing.

Develop, validate, and maintain PERC rule decks for electrical reliability checks including ESD, latch-up, current density, voltage stress, and floating gates. Integrate verification flows across Calibre PERC, Cadence Pegasus, and Synopsys tools; debug violations and false positives; collaborate with PDK, foundry, physics, process, and design teams; automate checks using scripting; and document reliability methodologies.
