Design and develop custom SRAMs and digital circuits for Intel CPUs. Optimize memory performance and work with domain experts on innovative technologies.

Drive physical implementation of Atom CPU layouts: build and verify cell-to-top-level layouts, implement memory compilers and custom IP, collaborate with circuit designers and CAD teams, and align with SoC groups to ensure reuse and consistency.

Own and sustain diffusion/implant toolsets in a 300mm high-volume fab. Ensure tool matching, MOR availability, safety and cleanliness. Lead tool installations, qualifications, process development, experiments, and continuous-improvement roadmaps to drive yield, availability, cycle time, and low defectivity. Train production engineers and support technology transfers; may serve as on-shift engineer.

Support development, ramp, and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Analyze factory metrics, develop decision-support tools, troubleshoot equipment, define automation requirements, support NPI builds, and drive process and system improvements to enable high-volume production.
