Act as OEM customer contact to manage orders and demand, update SAP, align demand with S&OP/MPS, coordinate production/procurement/logistics, monitor service levels, analyze and resolve supply risks, lead escalations and improvement projects to ensure stable product supply.

Lead and manage OEM/OES projects end-to-end: deliver KPIs for profitability, quality and production readiness; secure resources and budgets; manage changes and escalations; coordinate cross-functional teams and customer communications; apply Design-to-Cost and Valeo standards; prepare governance materials and ensure project compliance.

Lead end-to-end automotive software projects across the full SDLC, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope/budget/schedule/risks, owning customer and executive engagement, driving quality, reporting KPIs, and applying AI tools to improve delivery and processes.

Support industrial project tasks including IPROM follow-up, cardboard engineering development, supplier proposal tracking for assembly lines and facilities, updating WIP/FD/PFMEA for minor changes, creating standardized work instructions, visual aids, floor activities, and parameter monitoring and modification.
