We are looking for a Business & Manufacturing IS Project Manager to join our team in Skawina. In this role, your primary mission will be to improve business efficiency through a better, more streamlined usage of our Business & Manufacturing IS solutions. By bridging the gap between digital systems and shop-floor operations, you will drive key system evolutions, support our manufacturing teams, and ensure our local tools run at maximum efficiency to support our growth.
YOUR CHALLENGES?
Manage changes of Business & Manufacturing IS Systems (Evolutions, Implementation) - Barflow MES and Production flows
Act as IS quality leader to insure that ISPM is strictly applied to all projects
Deploy evolutions as requested by the Group.
Analyze, validate at IS core team level and size complexity for evolution requests raised by Sites for Barflow MES and production flows.
Organize & participate in regular reviews with business networks. Review and validate all Barflow MES evolution requests with the Group Industrial digitalization manager.
Build Quarter/Semester Barflow MES releases in line with Industrial priorities.
Manage new release activities for Barflow MES and production flows with the contractor: budget, release planning, DFS writing/validation, technical design and development, translation and documentation.
Validate new Barflow MES versions. Do acceptance tests of key evolutions using standard tools.
Support site Key Users in acceptance test evolutions.
Act as a technical leader (define technical and data requirements) for Catena-X use cases implementation
Manage the maintenance of Business & Manufacturing IS Systems (Barflow MES and Production flows)
Participate in audits, follow up deployments, number of users and versions.
Review of Barflow tickets escalated to central support teams
Define standards for Barflow MES maintenance tasks (Quality data refresh, new release packages, DRP)
Analyze escalated incidents (functional and technical) from level 2 support. Evolution or Fix code decision.
Participate in root cause analysis for Barflow critical incidents led by the support contractor.
Support Catena-X use cases implementation on concerned sites.
Continuous Improvement
Animate Barflow MES champions and Keyusers network: periodical meetings, Barflow MES community, new releases presentations
Train & support business users
Organize Barflow MES documentation.
Jarvis
Barflow MES expert for functional and technical aspects
Animation of the Barflow MES discontinuation workstream
Collaborate on VIB writing/validation for all Barflow MES related functions to be transferred to Jarvis (part of the Product management value stream)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
Experience: 5+ years of experience with IS project management in a manufacturing environment
MES Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of MES and production flows
System Migration: Experience decommissioning legacy software and migrating functions to modern platforms (e.g., Jarvis).
Project & Release Delivery: Proven track record in ISPM quality standards, release planning, and vendor management
QA & Support: Hands-on experience in UAT testing, incident troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Catena-X: Technical capability to define data requirements and implement Catena-X use cases
Change Management: Strong skills in training, writing documentation, and animating Key User networks
