Key Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end software projects from initiation through customer acceptance and project closure.

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control software development activities according to project objectives.

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Manage scope, budget, resources, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and project changes.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and AI agents to enhance project delivery efficiency, team productivity, and engineering workflows.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality targets.

  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

Software Development Lifecycle
  • Manage projects throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Understand embedded software constraints and integration with hardware.

  • Coordinate activities across requirements engineering, software architecture, design, implementation, integration, verification, validation, and release.

  • Ensure alignment between engineering activities and customer expectations.

Customer Management
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for project execution.

  • Build strong relationships with OEM customers.

  • Lead customer meetings and steering committees.

  • Present project status, milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.

  • Manage customer expectations and negotiate priorities when required.

  • Oversees large portfolios, define project governance , lead executive customer engagement , and drive organizational improvements 

Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Technical Leaders, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and customer commitments.

Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify project risks early and define mitigation plans.

  • Monitor project KPIs and quality indicators.

  • Ensure compliance with internal development processes and quality standards.

  • Support project audits and process assessments.

Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare executive dashboards and project status reports.

  • Track KPIs including:Schedule adherence,Budget,Scope,Risks,Resource utilization,Defect trends,Customer satisfaction

  • Present regular updates to management and customers.

Continuous Improvement
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to process optimization.

  • Support Agile and Lean transformation initiatives where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • From 8-12+ years of experience managing software development projects.

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)..

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong planning, organization, and leadership abilities.

  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.

  • Fluent English.
