Manage inventory levels and material availability for raw materials and components. Monitor MPS, forecast and send weekly supplier forecasts, track inbound shipments, measure supplier service rates, implement inventory reduction actions, support supply chain improvements (Kanban, Pull flow, EDI, Milk run), coordinate cross-functional responses to supply issues, and maintain supplier relationships.

Leads complex engineering projects, solves critical technical problems, communicates with customers, develops design standards, mentors engineers, supports digitalization and continuous improvement, contributes innovative solutions and patent protection, and collaborates across engineering disciplines.

Lead technical development of HVAC low-voltage E/E components ensuring robust design, standardization, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional design reviews. Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, production and R&D centers, identify resource needs, and manage daily activities and work packages for R&D contributors to meet product and economic targets.

Coach and mentor discipline engineers, develop design standards, drive digitalization and continuous improvement, communicate with customers, share technical knowledge cross-functionally, contribute innovative solutions and IP filings, and manage budget commitment for projects.

Support coordination and optimization of material flows, production planning, inventory management and performance monitoring. Collaborate with internal and external partners, contribute to supply chain improvements, prepare reports, and support continuity of supply for production lines.

Support R&D project development by assisting product validation, creating test requests, running simulations/validation tests, interfacing with customers and back office, and participating in R&D and customer meetings.
