As a Graduate Internship Trainee, you will develop and maintain web applications, assist in frontend and backend development, and contribute to cloud infrastructure management.

Lead technical responsibility for low-voltage automotive products from RFQ to serial production. Own BOM and product functionality, act as primary R&D interface to customers, define and supervise tests, manage changes/deviations and perform risk analyses (D-FMEA/DRBFM). Support HW/SW integrated products and resolve production issues.

Lead end-to-end ADAS smart front camera projects for a Japanese OEM: manage scope, budget, resources, KPIs, governance and change control; act as primary customer interface; lead cross-functional global teams; handle reporting and escalation; ensure cost optimization and compliance.

Lead end-to-end development of domain controller projects for OEM/OES, ensuring quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and schedule targets. Manage project teams, define scope and schedules, oversee cost and budget (Design to Cost), handle customer communication, escalations, and quality issue resolution from launch through mass production.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, drive RFI/RFQ and PoC activities, coordinate product-line requirements and project timelines, manage the Braunschweig customer office site, ensure compliance with TISAX/IATF and BCP, lead staffing, training, budgeting, and align technical strategy with sales and product leaders.
