Lead and manage OEM/OES projects end-to-end: deliver KPIs for profitability, quality and production readiness; secure resources and budgets; manage changes and escalations; coordinate cross-functional teams and customer communications; apply Design-to-Cost and Valeo standards; prepare governance materials and ensure project compliance.

Lead end-to-end automotive software projects across the full SDLC, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope/budget/schedule/risks, owning customer and executive engagement, driving quality, reporting KPIs, and applying AI tools to improve delivery and processes.

The role involves leading the Supply Chain CIM team, managing supply chain activities for new projects, ensuring adherence to standards, and driving continuous improvement in logistics and processes.
