Support mechanical engineering projects for automotive systems, create technical documentation, perform data analysis, apply design processes, use CAD tools, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing technical skills.

Lead end-to-end automotive R&D projects from scope through production preparation. Manage timelines, dependencies, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, product costs, profitability, governance approvals, customer relationships, scope changes, milestones, risks, and executive communications while ensuring quality and HSE compliance.

Serve as the primary technical contact for customer-facing R&D projects, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to deliver components on schedule and within budget. Manage R&D deliverables, BOM/cost targets, detailed scheduling (L2), budgeting and forecasts, and engineering change requests. Develops new IAM customers, negotiates business terms, prepares quotations, and creates customer-focused business plans. Promotes aftermarket products and accessories through parts distributors and dealer networks, using market and sales data to plan promotional strategies. Provides product information, sales support, field feedback, and employee training while coordinating internally to launch and expand new business.

Leads site-wide internal communication, employee engagement, and workplace well-being initiatives. Coordinates communication and engagement plans, manages progress tracking and budgets, supports HR teams and managers, organizes stakeholder working groups, analyzes pulse survey feedback, maintains communication tools, and contributes to engagement audits and continuous improvement.

Leads industrialization of new production equipment and assembly lines, coordinating suppliers, acceptance testing, process validation, capability studies, PFMEA, and control plans. Improves mass-production efficiency through cycle-time reduction, equipment optimization, cost reduction, problem solving, and technician support. Maintains process and site standards, supports Lean workshops, updates production routings, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and 5S procedures.

Lead customer service and procurement teams while managing site supply and production planning. Responsibilities include coordinating SIOP/MPS, resolving bottlenecks, balancing capacity and inventory, analyzing customer forecasts, overseeing logistics and transportation plans, monitoring delivery and supplier service performance, managing returnable containers, and driving corrective actions and inventory reduction initiatives.

Leads industrialization of new production equipment and lines, including supplier coordination, acceptance testing, trials, capability studies, process validation, PFMEA, and control plans. Improves mass-production efficiency through cycle-time reduction, equipment optimization, cost reduction, performance monitoring, and problem solving. Supports technicians, standardizes processes, maintains 5S and safety compliance, and participates in Lean and quality workshops.

Leads multidisciplinary R&D activities for automotive electrification projects, serving as the primary technical contact internally and externally. Coordinates contributors, schedules, budgets, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, risk mitigation, change requests, and customer requirements. Ensures product development meets quality, cost, milestone, platform standardization, APQP, and ASPICE requirements. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and experience with power conversion and embedded software, preferably for traction inverters.

Defines industrial digitalization priorities, designs and deploys MES, traceability, eWS, and other production-system solutions, configures equipment and master data, trains users, coordinates suppliers and functional networks, supports integration into new equipment, monitors standards, and promotes digitalization best practices and innovation across the industrial network.
